Dr Ajay Prakash has more than 20 years of experience in clinical hematology and adult medicine.
He attained his fellowship with Royal Australasian college of physicians in Clinical Haematology and Adult medicine, after completing his basic physician training and advanced training from various hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.
He has worked as Consultant Haematologist in Australia and Canada and has held academic position as Assistant professor in Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada.
He has worked in the fields of Clinical Haematology and Adult Medicine in 5 counties and has extensive experience in managing complex malignant and benign haematological conditions in patients from a diverse ethnic background, giving him expertise in dealing with hematological conditions unique to different ethnic groups and regions of the world.
His work experience in different countries gives him unique understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on health care decision making.
