Ms. Kavitha completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Dr. MGR Medical University Chennai & had her Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Dr. Allagappa University, India.
She has been practicing evidence-based physiotherapy in rehabilitation medicine for last 12 years. Her key areas of interest include treating children with special needs, especially cerebral palsy, delayed milestones cases and pediatric neurological conditions, adult rehabilitation, orthopaedic and sport injuries, pain management and stress management for adult and children through various therapeutic measures.
Before joining NMC Healthcare in 2014, she worked at various hospitals in India as a physiotherapist and head of department and in private medical centre in the UAE.
Ms. Kavitha speaks, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Arabic.
