Prior to her current role, Dr. Karema Helal served at several leading healthcare institutions, including Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital, Al Ain Hospital, and Tawam Hospital, where she managed a wide range of obstetric and Gynecological conditions, with a special focus on high-risk pregnancies and fetal medicine.
Her clinical expertise encompasses the full spectrum of antenatal care and complex pregnancy management. She is proficient in advanced fetal screening techniques, including first- and second-trimester assessments for chromosomal and structural anomalies, fetal growth monitoring, Doppler studies, and prenatal invasive diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS).
