Dr Desh Deepak is certified intensive care physician with vast experience of total 19 years. Before moving to UAE, he has served at prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi, Max Super Speciality Hospital New Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh. In UAE, he has served as head of the critical care unit at VPS Healthcare. In his last attachment at Kings College Hospital, Dubai wherein he has worked as Senior Intensive Care Physician demonstrating expertise in multi-disciplinary care of critically ill patients with utmost regards for quality, safety, and evidence-based practice of medicine.
He has long academic career with passion for teamwork, constant upgradation of medical knowledge with involvement in teaching and mentoring the juniors for clinical work. He had been faculty of critical care medicine for Indian society of critical medicine and DNB Critical Care Medicine at Max Hospital Saket New Delhi. He is an active faculty of fundamental critical care support course (SCCM, USA) in India. Other than clinical work, he has contributed to medical literature writing as well.
He is always open for collaboration for research work. He has keen interest in ARDS, Ventilator Management, Sepsis, Shock Management, ECMO, Bedside Ultrasound, Mortality Morbidity review, Critical Care Outreach. Compassionate critical care approach is his main virtue.
