Dr. Mohamed Shakaib pursued his MBBS in 2009 from KVG Medical College in India, He earned his MRCEM from Royal College of Emergency Medicine (RCEM),UK in 2014. He is a visiting faculty for MRCEM OSCE at Bromley Emergency Courses, UK. He also has a Diploma in Emergency Medicine from Apollo Hospital, Bangalore.
He has over 10 years of experience in Emergency Medicine and is capable in handling acutely ill patients of various specialities including Medical and Surgical Sub-specialities. He has good experience in managing cardiac arrest and trauma codes, ET intubations, chest tube placement, central line placement and has special interest in intensive care medicine.
Dr. Mohamed Shakaib is an active Member of Royal College of Emergency Medicine, UK. Moreover, prior joining to NMC Royal Hospital, he had worked as Specialist Emergency Medicine at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Buraidah, Al Qassim.
