Dr. Basit Altaf
Chief Transformation Officer
Dr. Basit Altaf is the Chief Transformation Officer at NMC and responsible for developing and driving an ambitious transformation program to realize the organization’s growth and value potential.
He has over 15 years professional experience across multiple industries and international markets including the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia, helping to successfully define and develop strategies and implement complex change programs.
Dr. Basit is a trained Medical Doctor, and prior to NMC worked in senior positions at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Johnson & Johnson (J&J).
He has an MD and MPH from the University of Manchester, an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School and an APM from Stanford University.
