NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City and NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabi have both been awarded four out of five stars in the Newsweek Global Hospital Ranking 2025
NMC is proud to announce that NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City and NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabi have both been awarded four out of five stars in the Newsweek Global Hospital Ranking 2025, a comprehensive benchmarking system that rates hospitals based on a survey evaluated by Statista.
The ranking considers performance in five categories: provision of care, timeliness of care, patient experience and safety, IT and healthcare technology and employer attractiveness. Statista puts all submitted surveys through a strict evaluation and validation process to ensure the quality of the data. Once the validation and evaluation have been concluded, Statista and Newsweek issue the rating for the hospital.
Dr. Zaka ullah Khan, Group Chief Clinical Officer at NMC Healthcare, said, “This prestigious international assessment is testament to the quality and safety of care provided at NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City and NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabi, and helps build trust with patients, whilst attracting top medical talent. Whilst everyone at NMC is confident in the high standard of healthcare we provide, it is reassuring for both staff and patients to receive independent accreditation such as this.”
The survey process is currently underway for NMC’s remaining hospitals in Abu Dhabi.
