Santosh is an accomplished and goal-oriented executive with experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Investigations, gained in a broad range of industries over a period of 30 years.

Prior to joining NMC Group in early 2021, Santosh has successfully built and led multi-cultural Internal Audit and Compliance teams in several large organisations including ADNOC Onshore (ex-ADCO), Abu Dhabi Health Services Company PJSC (SEHA), ADNEC Group, and subsidiaries of Invest AD.

Known for saving millions of dollars for various organisations by identifying areas of revenue leakage, cost optimisation opportunities, and fraudulent acts, Santosh enjoys a track record of collaborating with several leadership teams to develop and implement sound governance, risk, and compliance management practices.

Santosh has served as Secretary to various Audit Committees and Boards of Directors. He has also been a member of various Executive Committees including Risk Management Committee, Ethics and Compliance Committee, and Procurement Committee.

Along with several accolades and recognitions from C-Suite and Board Members, Santosh is the winner of the prestigious “2014 GCC Compliance Officer of the Year Award”. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a number of professional certifications including FCA from India, and CIA, CFE, CISA and CCSA from the USA.
