Kate Hoffmann, RN MSc

Group Chief Nursing Officer

As the Group Chief Nursing Officer, Kate Hoffmann, leads on all assurance activities related to the quality of clinical and nursing services and patient experience. Kate joined us from Aspen Healthcare in the UK, where she held the role of Group Chief Nurse; a role in which she was responsible for the strategic and operational management of all clinical services, whilst ensuring the governance of the organisation to put patient safety first.

A registered nurse for 35 years, Kate is a critical care specialist nurse. She started her career at St Thomas’ Hospital in London, has worked in NHS and Private hospitals all over the UK and also works for UK Resuscitation Council as an ALS, EPALS and GIC Instructor. Kate feels passionately that every patient has the right to receive outstanding care and believes that empowering nurses to do the right thing and stand up for safety is critical to the success of any healthcare business.
