Kevin Taylor

Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Mr. Taylor has more than 40 years of global experience in banking and finance and has held significant executive positions in global organizations such as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), American Life Insurance Co. (ALICO), Citigroup, Westpac Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Taylor is currently an active member of the Al Hilal Bank Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also Chairman of ADCB Securities Board of Directors. Previously, he served as a member of the Gulf Capital Board of Directors.

Having worked with ADCB for 13 years as Group Treasurer and Head of Investments, Mr. Taylor was responsible for all the bank’s financial markets and proprietary investments activities and personnel, as well as the bank’s balance sheet analytics team. He Chaired the bank’s Asset & Liability Committee and was a member of the bank’s Credit Risk and Controls Committee. Prior to joining ADCB, Mr. Taylor was an Executive Director and Group Chief Risk Officer of American Life Insurance Co. (ALICO).

In addition to these duties, he served as a member of the ALICO UK Supervisory Board, and AIG’s Micro Finance Board.

Mr. Taylor earned a Master of Science (MS) in Risk Management from NYU Stern Business School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Economics (BEc) from Latrobe University.

Mr. Taylor’s Board responsibilities at NMC include membership in the Human Resources and Nominations Committee.
