Please note that our Gifts, Hospitality, and Business Courtesies Policy does not permit invitations to individual employees. All offers must be directed to NMC, and they will only be considered if NMC retains discretion in determining how to allocate the benefits.

Once completed, the form will be reviewed to ensure it complies with our Code of Conduct and Ethics and associated policies.
