Ms. Shruti Medappa completed her Bachelors in Science - Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics in 2005 and in 2007 she attained her Masters in Food Science and Clinical Nutrition from Mysore University in Karnataka, India.
Ms. Shruti started practising in 2007 as a Chief Dietician in Vikram Hospital and Heart Care, Mysore, India for 2 years. In 2009, she moved to United Arab Emirates to continue her practise in NMC Specialty Hospital, Abu Dhabi as a Senior Dietician. Prior to that, she is also a lifetime member of Indian Dietetic Association (IDA). Ms. Shruti have given talks on the radio, published articles, conducted workshops and seminars on health, conducted several weight loss programme, attended several nutrition cookery show as a judge, and CME and CNE lectures on various aspects of nutrition.
Ms. Shruti’s area of interests are diabetes management, weight reduction, and healthcare seminars.
She speaks English, Kannada, Hindi, Marati and Coorgi.
