Dr Sudarshan Karavoor Shetty is a highly accomplished Paediatrician and Paediatric nephrologist with an extensive educational background. Graduating from J.J.M. Medical College, Davangere, he earned the MBBS in 2000, and thereafter completed his M.D. in Paediatrics in 2003 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. To build on his qualification, he pursued an ISN Fellowship in Paediatric Nephrology at McGill University, Montreal, Canada, in 2010, and earlier, a Fellowship in Paediatric Nephrology at St John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore, RGUHS, in 2006.
Dr Shetty has a distinguished medical professional with a rich background in Paediatric medicine and nephrology for over 20 years. With over a decade of experience in India, he served as a Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Nephrologist , his commitment to healthcare excellence extended to the UAE, since August 2015, where he continued his medical practice as a Specialist in Paediatrics at a private hospital in Abu Dhabi. Dr Sudarshan assumed the role of Medical Director at a private hospital in Abu Dhabi for 3 years.
Dr Shetty has vast experience in Paediatric nutrition, vaccine and immunisation, Newborn care, Intensive care and patient counselling.
