Dr Gopishankar Subramaniasamy is an experienced ENT Specialist with over 10 years of clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders. He has a strong academic background and advanced surgical training, making him a sought-after ENT surgeon in the UAE.
Dr Gopishankar completed his MBBS from Coimbatore Medical College, affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R. Medical University, in 2015. He went on to pursue his MS in ENT from the prestigious Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College (LTMMC), Mumbai, in 2019, where he was a University Rank Holder under the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. He also obtained his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in ENT from the National Board of Examinations, India.
Dr Gopishankar holds a Fellowship in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Skull Base Surgery from LTMMC, Mumbai, and a Fellowship in Rhinoplasty from the renowned Asan Medical Centre, Seoul, South Korea. He has actively contributed to the academic field as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at LTMMC until 2025, before relocating to the UAE.
His professional memberships include Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI), Association of Phonosurgeons of India (APSI), AOI Mumbai West Chapter, Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS) and Rhinology Society of India.
Dr Gopishankar has presented at various national and international ENT conferences and was the Organising Secretary for numerous hands-on endoscopic sinus surgery workshops. He has received special recognition with awards at major ENT conferences, including the RAF Cooper Award in 2019 and the Best Poster Award at the International Otology Workshop, among others. His research work has been published in several peer-reviewed ENT journals.
