Dr Alexandra is a UK-trained medical doctor with over five years of clinical experience. She completed her medical degree at the University of Aberdeen and has worked in some of Scotland’s leading hospitals, gaining broad experience across General and Emergency Medicine. With a strong foundation in both acute and chronic care, Dr Alexandra is committed to delivering compassionate, personalised treatment. She believes in empowering patients to make informed decisions that align with their individual values, goals, and lifestyles—recognising that effective care is about more than just managing symptoms.
In addition to her medical training, Dr Alexandra holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She is a member of both the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine, and is particularly passionate about the role of movement and lifestyle in promoting long-term health and wellbeing. Outside of work, Dr Alexandra enjoys staying active through sport such as running and cycling.
