Dr. Alaa Khazbak completed his Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) and General Surgery from Zagazig University, Egypt, in 2002, as well as his Master's degree in (ENT), Egypt, in 2007. Dr. Alaa obtained his medical doctorate from the University of Zagazig, Egypt, in 2013.

Dr. Alaa started his career in his home country in 2004 as an ENT resident at Zagazig University hospitals. In 2007, he earned the title of ENT specialist in Abu Dhabi and served as an assistant lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt. Then, Dr. Alaa was promoted to a consultant degree in 2013. He began practicing in Abu Dhabi in the UAE in 2014. He worked at Al Salama Hospital from 2014 to 2018 and later joined the Mediclinic Hospital group in Abu Dhabi from 2018 to 2023, before joining NMC Royal Hospital in Khalifa City in 2024.
