Dr Reem Mostafa is a Specialist in Radiology. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of Radiology.
Dr Reem started her career as a Radiologist in 2007 with MOI - Egypt, She gained valuable experience in female imaging& obstetric scans before joining Cairo Scan Radiology Center in 2008 as Radiology Primary Reporter followed by Radiology Specialist in 2011. She later worked with Children Cancer Hospital in Egypt for 2 years before joining Shrouk Radiology Center in 2013. She finished her Bachelor of medicine and surgery (M.B.B.ch) in 2005, and Master degree in Radiology (M.Sc.) in 2011. In addition, her license are Diagnostic Radiology Specialist (U.A.E, DOH) and Radiology Specialist (Egyptian Medical Syndicate ).
Dr Reem likes to keep himself abreast with current practices in Radiology and has completed various training programs such as Doppler imaging course, Advanced Obs/Gyn ultrasound course & training, CT & MRI intermediate course and Sono mammography course amongst many others.
She speaks Arabic and English, and her Expertise are:
- Female imaging including Pelvic scan, T-V scan, 3 d scans.
- Breast imaging including US - Mammography, Tomosynthesis & MRI
- Obstetrics scan including Foetal biometry, Foetal scan (NT & Anomaly), pregnancy doppler (Umbilical artery – MCA & Uterine artery Doppler) - 3 D & 4 D scans.
- Doppler including lower extremity Doppler, Carotid Doppler, ovarian and uterine A Doppler - Renal A doppler.
- Neonatal and paediatric ultrasound
- Ultrasound scans including Pelvi-abdominal ultrasound, Neck ultrasound, Neonatal head Ultrasound, Superficial ultrasound.
- Radiography including All types of X-Ray, Hysterosalpingogram, Barium studies, and Genitourinary contrast study.
- Cross sectional reporting (CT and MRI).
