
Dr. Rathinabalan Indiran completed his MBBS in 2006 from Madurai Medical College, Tamil Nadu, India. In 2011, he attained his MD in Paeditrics from Institute of Child Health, Madras Medical College, Tamil Nadu, India. In 2016, he became a member of MRCPCH, The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in London, UK.
Dr. Rathinabalan has 8 years of experience in Paediatrics. In 2011, he joined as Senior Resident at Sri Muthukumaran Medical College Hospital and promoted as Assistant Professor in 2013. In 2014, he continued his practice in Institute of Child Health and Hospital for Children as Consultant Paediatrician and Junior Consultant in NICU in Amma Hospital. In 2016, he moved to Abu Dhabi to continue his practice as Specialist Paediatrics in NICU of Universal Hospital. In 2019, he transferred to NMC Specialty Hospital, Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Rathinabalan areas of interests are immunisation, common childhood infections, asthma, community paediatrics, NICU, and palliative care in Paediatrics.
