Dr Lama earned her medical degree from the Jordanian University of Science and Technology in 2011. She then completed her Specialty Training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in an ACGMEI accredited facility in UAE. She is CABOG (Arab Board) And EBCOG (European Board) certified. Additionally, she is an associate fellow in both the RCOG (Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, UK) and the ACOG (American Colleague of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists)
She has a Diploma in Aesthetic Gynaecology and is certified by the American Board of Medical Quality.
In addition to being specialised in common Obstetrics and Gynaecological conditions, Dr Lama is experienced in high-risk pregnancies, twin pregnancy, pregnancies with high-risk medical conditions, recurrent pregnancy loss, preterm Labour and bleeding conditions.
She is also specialised in gynaecological conditions such as PCOS, female sexual dysfunction and contraception.
Dr Lama is fluent in English, Arabic and German.
