Dr. K. S. Mathew is a highly experienced and seasoned doctor at NMC Specialty Hospital, Al Ain. He did his MBBS from Trivandrum Medical College and a Gold medalist in Medicine and in Paediatrics. He has completed his MD (Medicine) from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and MRCP (UK) London. Later he did his Fellowship from Royal College of Physicians, London (FRCP) in 2007.
Conferred: International Membership American Society for GI Endoscopy (ASGE) in 2002. He has been Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine – Faculty of Medicine at the UAE University from 2003 to 2007.
Dr. K. S. Mathew was earlier working with Al Ain Hospital prior to NMC from 1992 to 2007 where he was the in charge of the GI Endoscopy unit. Prior to which he has worked at the GI Endoscopy unit of Middlesex Hospital, Al Ain and St. James Hospital, Dublin, Ireland.
Dr. Mathew has attended many international workshops and courses on GI Endoscopy and related subject. He has a very Special interest in Diseases of stomach and intestines.
He can fluently speak English, Arabic and Malayalam.
