Dr. Ibrahim Badran obtained his medical degree as a Paediatrics Consultant from the prestigious Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University-Egypt, in 2003. He completed his master’s degree in 2010 after finishing the residency program at Demerdash Teaching Hospital. Dr. Badran is also a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health-UK (MRCPH), having obtained the degree in 2018. In 2020, he was awarded a postgraduate diploma in paediatric and child nutrition from Hochschule Munchen University, Germany. As a Paediatrics Consultant in Abu Dhabi, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice.
With over 12 years of experience in neonatology across various Gulf countries, Dr. Badran has become a trusted Children’s Specialist Doctor in UAE. After completing his medical degree in paediatrics and neonatology in 2010, he moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to work at Dr. Suliman Fakeeh Hospital (Level 3 NICU) as a Neonatology resident for 2 years. In 2012, he moved to Kuwait and joined the MOH’s Maternity Hospital (the largest tertiary NICU in the region), working as a neonatology registrar for 5 years. Prior to joining NMC Royal Hospital, he was in charge of the NICU at NMC Specialty Hospital.
