Qualification
- MBBS from Institute of medical sciences BHU Varanasi and MS General Surgery from IGMC Shimla.
- He did his Laparoscopic surgery training from KGMC Lucknow in 2003 after which he mastered himself in routine and complicated laparoscopic surgical procedures. He did training in Advanced Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery from Max Hospital New Delhi in 2014. He then took a fellowship in minimal invasive surgery from AMASI in 2016. He had special interest in Varicose veins and did training in Endovenous ablation of varicose veins from Centrum Oosterwal Alkmaar Netherlands in 2012. He did a course on General and vascular Ultrasonography in Dubai in 2016 and is doing ultrasounds of his patients himself.
Dr Gyan has more than 22 years of post MS experience in several reputed hospitals in India and UAE. He is doing all general and laparoscopic procedures like Lap appendectomy , Lap hernia repair, Lap cholecystectomy, Lap bowel resection anastomosis, Lap adhesiolysis, benign breast surgeries , hemorrhoidectomy etc.
His special field of interest is Endovenous Laser therapy, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and Sclerotherapy for Varicose veins. He has more than 1000 successful cases of varicose veins credited in his name.
Dr Gyan has organized various workshops and has been a speaker in many CME in both India and UAE. He has gained tremendous trust from both his patients and colleagues and is appreciated by all for his top class management of cases.
