Dr. Dhaval has completed Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery from M.P. Shah Medical College, Gujarat, India followed by DNB (Paediatrics) from the National Board, New Delhi, India.
Dr. Dhaval has over 6 years of experience in the field of Paediatrics, Paediatric Intensive Care Unit and Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit in the UAE and India. He has practiced in the capacity of Consultant Paediatrician and Chief Paediatric Cardiac Intensivist at some of the most prominent hospitals in India.
Dr. Dhaval’s areas of expertise include:
- Paediatric Dialysis
- ECMO (Extra corporal membranous oxygen)
- Invasive line insertion
- Paediatric post-cardiac surgery care
- Paediatric critical & emergency care
He has a certifications in Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) from the American Heart Institute. He has attended several national & international conferences, the latest being at – 24th World Congress on Paediatrics, Neonatology & Primary Care.
Dr. Dhaval has published various journal articles in renowned publications, the latest being – “Rare presentation of post streptococcal glomerulonephritis with posterior reversible encephalopathy in children”. In addition, he has been part of teaching faculty in several renowned hospitals in India.
He speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
