Dr. Anjali R. Kadasne is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in Fetal Medicine. She has over 26 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and 11 years in Foetal Medicine.
Dr. Anjali has obtained her MBBS from from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 1989 and her Postgraduate Degree, MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1992 from Indira Gandhi Govt. Medical College, Nagpur, India. She is a member (MRCOG) of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), UK since 2001 and was awarded Fellowship by RCOG (FRCOG, UK) in 2013. While working at Al Ain Hospital, she received structured training in Foetal Medicine and progressed to obtain RDMS certification in Obstetrics/Gynaecology Ultrasound & Foetal Echocardiography awarded by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in 2010.
She started her career as a Lecturer in Indira Gandhi Govt. Medical College, Nagpur & Govt Medical College, Nagpur, which enriched her clinical experience. She moved to Al Ain Hospital in 1995 as Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology & was later promoted to Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She was actively involved in running the Foeto-Maternal and the Early Pregnancy Assessment unit there since 11 years and was head of these units for the last 3 years. She was a Clinical Tutor for CMHS (College of Medicine & Health Sciences) Undergraduate teaching, a Core Faculty of the ACGME accredited residency postgraduate programme at Al Ain Hospital, an Instructor and Co-ordinator, for training in Diploma of Advanced Diagnostic Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Al Ain Hospital in collaboration with CMHS. She continues her active involvement in teaching by regularly speaking in conferences nationally and internationally.
She has been involved in conducting multiple audits to monitor variables of practice, case studies and several research studies, few of which are published.
Her wide range of experience includes expertise in Foetal Medicine, High-risk obstetrics, General Gynaecology and Well woman care. She offers Prenatal screening, Prenatal diagnosis, Prenatal counseling which includes advanced Obstetric scans, complete antenatal care for pregnant women and medical education/counselling.
