Dr. Tamara AlKeileh completed her (MBBS) from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2006. Dr. Tamara then got her General Surgical Residency training in Royal Medical Services and Ministry of Health Hospitals in Jordan and received her General Surgery Board Certificate from the Jordan Medical Council in 2012.
Prior to joining NMC, Dr. Tamara has worked as a General Surgeon Specialist in her country in Jordan in the governmental and private healthcare sectors.
She had worked with the international humanitarian medical organisation "Doctors Without Borders" best known for its projects in conflict zones, and was providing urgent surgical care and intervention for war wounded Syrian victims in a hospital near the Jordanian-Syrian borders, which enriched her experience in dealing with trauma patients and serious injuries between 2013-2015.
As part of her continuous medical education and seeking for knowledge to provide the highest quality of service to her patients, Dr. Tamara has earned a Diploma Certificate from Strasbourg University in France in Laparoscopic Surgery and a Fellowship Certificate in Minimal Invasive (Laparoscopic) Surgery from World Laparoscopic Hospital in India.
She also got special training in the application of Laser in Proctology diseases as hemorrhoids anal fissures and fistulas from Healing Hand Clinic in Pune-India.
She is a member of Jordanian Society of Surgeons and World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Tamara practices all General and Laparoscopic Surgeries. She has total experience of 6 years in the field of General Surgery.
Her special areas of interest are General Laparoscopic Surgeries (as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic hernia repair, laparoscopic appendectomy and others) and Breast and Anorectal Surgeries (as advanced painless hemorrhoidal surgeries).
Dr. Tamara is proficient in English, Arabic.
