Dr. Konstantinos Konstantinidis, Surgeon, Urologist-Andrologist, is the founder and president of the Andrology Institute International and director of the Sexual Medicine Clinic in the Athens Medical Centre. He is considered one the leading andrologists worldwide having performed over 5000 specialized surgeries and treated more than 30,000 patients. After specializing in Urology, he trained in Endoscopic Urology and Andrology in the Western General Hospital of Edinburg and became an assistant Professor in St. Antoine’s University Hospital, Paris. He has over 80 publications and has organised 7 state-of-the-art international congresses, the most recent being:
· MCSR I – 1st Mediterranean Congress on Human Sexuality and Reproduction, Paphos, Cyprus, 2012
· 1st Mediterranean Symposium of Andrology, Santorini, Greece, 2004
· 2nd International Congress on Surgical Andrology and Sexual Surgery, Mykonos, Greece, 2002
He is an establishing fellow of the International Society of Sexual Research (ISSIR), President of the International Association of Sexual Surgery (IASS), founder and President of the Hellenic Association of Human Sexuality Research (H.A.H.S.R.), and has served as President of the Mediterranean Association of Andrology (AMA), General Secretary of the International Association of Male Sexual Surgery (IAMSS) and Vice President of the International Society of Bio-Andrology.
