Dr. Bachar Waez Tatari obtained his Medical Degree of Medicine and Surgery in the year 2000, from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, in Spain. He is board-certified in Intensive Care Medicine with 12 years of experience from the second biggest hospital in Spain, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid at Hospital Universitario Clínico San Carlos.
His expertise are chest tube insertion under water-seal, management of critically ill burns, polytraumatized patients, and placement of endocavitary transitory pacemaker and intra-cavitary devices of any nature, percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy and performance of needle thoracocentesis, pericardiocentesis, and paracentesis, coronary unit and severe cardiac pathologies, including intra-aortic balloon and ventricular assist devices and postoperative care of cardiac Surgery.
Dr. Bachar is an individual member of the Spanish Society of Intensive Care and has a periodic yearly attendance to the Spanish Annual National Congress of Intensive Care. He has contributed in 16 publications in national journals, as well as 3 chapters of books subjected to Intensive Care Medicine.
Dr. Bachar was a Teacher Assistant in different courses as a Masters Degree in Emergency Care for MDs Institution, Government of Madrid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation for MDs and RNs Institution, Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Dr. Bachar is fluent in English, Arabic, Spanish, and French.
