Dr. Ahmed Gaber El Soghair has over 20 years of experience in the field of cardiology. He is graduated of Faculty of Medicine, Assuit University, Egypt in 1994. Soon after, he completed Master’s in Cardiology from Zagazig University, Egypt.
Dr. Ahmed has started his career as a Resident Cardiologist in National Heart Institute, Cairo, Egypt for 5 years. Before moving to work in KSA in Al Mouwasat Hospital in 2005, He worked as a specialist cardiologist in both private and government hospitals in Egypt. He is serving in the UAE for more than 10 years, having the opportunity to work in highly distinguished private hospital in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Ahmed specialises in cardiovascular medicine and critical care medicine, during which he has interpreted and performed several cases of echocardiography, stress ECG, Holter, nuclear cardiology, including preoperative assessment and follow up of patients in coronary intensive care unit (CICU).
Dr. Ahmed has a special interest in cardiac rehabilitation and risk factor modification and is also interested in research and has participated as chief investigator in 4 mega trials.
Dr. Ahmed speaks English and Arabic.
