Dr Kiran Kunwar Chhetri is a general practitioner with over 4 years of experience in Emergency/Critical Care Medicine, and General practice setting, he completed his MBBS from TMSS Medical College Bangladesh in 2019. He passed his Nepal Medical Council exam in 2019.  



He is well versed in providing Critical and Emergency care, he has worked as a General Practitioner in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine in Devdaha Medical College, Sidhababa Superspeciality Hospital and Ramnagar Samudaik Hospital Nepal. Before joining NMC, Dr Kiran used to work in an air ambulance company in Dubai as a Medical Officer, where he used to repatriate the critical cases all around the globe.



Dr Kiran has worked in ICU and Emergency as a General Practitioner and during that time, he honed his skills and became proficient at managing high acuity patients in Emergency and ICU, led the critical team during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation, chemical and electrical cardioversion according to the ACLS guideline. He, also, has the detailed understanding of the mechanical ventilatory support and judiciously administered anesthetic medicine for procedures and palliation.



He is experienced in handling medical emergencies and manage various medical conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Pneumonia, CVA,  Myocardial Infarction, heart failure, medication allergies, Diabetic ketoacidosis, Sepsis etc.



Dr Kiran speaks English, Nepali, Hindi and Bengali.
