The card is available on complimentary basis for all patients.
Card validity is for one year effective from the date of registration and can be automatically renewed unless the NMC management decides to change the terms and conditions.
NMC Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program privileges at any time without prior notice.
Patient is responsible for providing and updating the correct personal information.
In case the card is lost the member should notify the hospital front office staff and request a new card.
Patients are required to present the EID/Passport on each visit to the hospital together with the loyalty card.
The above-mentioned prices are subject to change without notification.
Free medication home delivery services are applicable on bills above AED 150.

تكون صلاحية البطاقة عاماً واحداً اعتباراً من تاريخ التسجيل و يمكن تجديدها تلقائياً ما لم تقرر إدارة أن أم سي تعديل الشروط و الأحكام.
تحتفظ إدراة أن أم سي بحق تعديل أو إلغاء مزايا برنامج الولاء في أي وقت و من دون إخطار مسبق.
تقديم و تحديث البيانات الشخصية الصحيحة هي من مسؤولية المتعامل.
في حال فقدان البطاقة يجب على العضو المشترك إبلاغ خدمة العملاء لدى المستشفى و طلب بطاقة جديدة.
يجب على المرضى إبراز الهوية الإماراتية/جواز السفر مع بطاقة الولاء عند كل زيارة للمستشفى.

خدمة التوصيل المجاني للأدوية إلى المنزل تطبق على الفواتير فوق 150 درهم إماراتي.
